Coffee History |
The first taste of coffeeThe first taste of coffee for me was an unpleasant one, at a young age I couldn't understand why people drank this brown concoction, it's an aquired taste I was told. It wasn't until much later at the age of eighteen in Sicily that I experienced coffee. "Senza sucero" without sugar they told me was how it was done. Percolated, strong, and in a small cup. I liked it, and wanted more.
